Torrance Recruiting is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to manage high-level business-to-business sales for a Long Beach-based client. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth by providing tailored solutions. This role requires someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and has a proven track record of success in B2B sales. You'll be expected to meet with clients, present proposals, and close deals effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
  • Strong networking skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as necessary
