Torrance Recruiting is looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Irvine. You will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau to provide actionable insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business trends and performance metrics to guide decision-making processes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and can translate raw data into strategic recommendations that drive business growth.

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL for querying large datasets
• Advanced skills in Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
