DevOps Engineer

Description

Torrance Recruiting is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage infrastructure and streamline the CI/CD pipeline for a fast-growing tech company in San Diego. You will be responsible for deploying, automating, and maintaining the production system using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud environments such as AWS and GCP, as well as a deep understanding of automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible. You will also play a key role in ensuring that infrastructure is scalable, secure, and resilient.

Requirements

• Proficient in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
• Understanding of networking and security best practices in cloud environments
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git
• Experience in load balancing and performance tuning in production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
