The role focuses on developing and managing large-scale enterprise accounts, negotiating complex contracts, and working closely with C-level executives to close high-value deals. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and managing long-term client relationships to ensure retention and expansion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level account management
- Experience working with C-level executives
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to develop long-term relationships and customer loyalty
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Ability to manage and mentor junior sales team members
- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Willingness to travel nationally to meet clients
