HR Manager

Torrance Recruiting is hiring an HR Manager to oversee employee relations, recruitment, and performance management for a growing company in Anaheim. In this role, you will design and implement HR strategies using tools such as Workday and ADP. You will focus on building a positive company culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you’ll lead the full recruitment lifecycle, manage onboarding processes, and drive engagement initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
• Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and regulations
• Ability to design and implement performance management systems
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in leading employee engagement and retention programs
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
