Manufacturing Sales Associate

Torrance Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Associate to work with our client in the Irvine area. This role focuses on selling custom manufacturing solutions to mid-sized industrial clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and working with clients to ensure product specifications meet their needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sales preferred
• Understanding of the manufacturing process and materials
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work with technical product specifications
• Experience using CRM software to manage sales leads
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients
