Torrance Recruiting is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to support our client’s high-end retail operations in Santa Monica. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, providing exceptional service and helping them find products that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, executing merchandising strategies, and assisting with inventory management.

• Previous experience in retail sales preferred
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of merchandising and inventory practices
• High school diploma or equivalent required
